Lars leads Spencer Stuart’s Technology Officer and IT Services practices in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Drawing from his extensive leadership experience, Lars works with technology, telecommunication and IT management consulting companies to help them recruit senior executive and non-executive directors. Further, Lars is responsible for recruiting and assessing leaders for technology and digital roles including CIO, CTO and CDO.

  • Advising on numerous executive searches for CIO and CDO positions for Fortune 100 companies in Germany and Europe, as well as CTOs and business unit leaders focused on IoT and data analytics for international telecommunications companies
  • Recruiting and assessing DACH managing and sales directors for domestic and international software and digital technology organizations
  • Filling partner and senior partner roles responsible for retail, automotive, data analytics, workforce transition and SAP for leading management consultancies
  • Evaluating the organizational culture of an international technology corporation and assessing the top management of a global automotive corporation, a leading technology company and an international telecommunication service provider
