Colin S. Graham is a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Industrial Practice, with emphasis in the Engineered Products & Solutions, Industrial Technology and Industrial Services sectors. He is also a member of the firm’s Private Equity, Board and CEO practices. Colin has extensive experience leading C-suite searches and CEO succession assignments for multinational corporations across a wide range of the industrial market, including aerospace and defense, automotive and diversified manufacturing sectors. His clients span the Fortune 50 to leading private equity firms.
Deep leadership advisory experience
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Colin was a managing director at a board advisory and executive recruiting firm, leading its industrial technology practice and helping lead the firm’s CEO and private equity practices.
Earlier, Colin was a principal at another international search firm, where his work focused on the diversified manufacturing and the energy sector.
Colin served as an analyst with Pepsi Bottling Group early in his career.
Colin earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Plymouth State University. He remains involved with the university; he has endowed a leadership scholarship for the College of Business Administration and serves as a mentor to the scholarship recipients. He is a regular contributor to Forbes and is involved with several nonprofit organizations, including Habitat for Humanity.
