With more than a decade of experience in international executive search and leadership advisory, Britt works with clients in Germany and across Scandinavia on a variety of executive and board-level search and leadership development assignments.

Britt is a graduate of the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou, China, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in management, philosophy and economics. She also earned an M.B.A. with distinction from the Henley Business School at the University of Reading, where she focused on behavioural economics and managerial/organizational behaviour. She speaks fluent German and English and basic Swedish and Mandarin.
