She also serves as a member of the global Industrial Practice leadership team, where she brings the firm’s advisory solutions to life, driving impact and growth on the basis of long-term partnerships.

- Sigrid partners with global organizations in the industrial sector and beyond as an advisor on complex, multi-stakeholder engagements. These include orchestrating long-term CEO succession processes and guiding top-team activation programs following major global mergers.
- In 2025, Sigrid was awarded the AESC’s prestigious Award of Excellence for her contributions in redefining leadership advisory through innovation, integrity, and global collaboration. She has been instrumental in developing Spencer Stuart’s “One Advisory” approach, which combines succession planning, cultural diagnostics and team effectiveness programs to redefine partnership with clients on leadership transformation.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, she founded Digma Management Consulting, which she led for 13 years, serving clients from the food and beverage, consumer and industrial sectors in the areas of operational excellence, organizational structure and strategic development.
Sigrid holds a Ph.D. in business economics and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). She is co-sponsor of the Swiss chapter of WomenCorporateDirectors, and previously served as a board member of VIA MAT Group.
