Based in Germany, Lisa Alberty is a member of Spencer Stuart’s global Industrial Practice and works extensively with clients in the chemicals and process industries as well as the industrial service sector. Her work concentrates on the recruitment and assessment of top leadership at the corporate and divisional levels. She also works more broadly with clients in engineered products and solutions as well as private equity, particularly when it comes to chief transformation officer positions for portfolio companies.

- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Lisa worked for a family-owned executive search company covering a broad spectrum of functional areas across industries including the public sector, services, transportation and logistics.
- Lisa began her career working for a management consultancy focused on projects within the chemicals and process industries.
She holds a master’s degree in finance from EADA Business School in Barcelona as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Euro Business College in Hamburg.
