- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Greg served as CEO of Bauerfeind USA, an orthopedic and sports medicine products company and subsidiary of Bauerfeind AG. In this role, he transformed the U.S. business into a consumer-centric sales and marketing enterprise.
- Earlier in his career, he spent several years at Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology solutions and services, where he led two startup entities, secured FDA clearances and launched two products. He also held the position of vice president at NDCHealth (now part of UnitedHealth Group/Optum).
