He specializes in recruitment, succession planning, and assessment, primarily working with Chief Technology Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Operating Officers, and Non-Executive Board Directors. Eric has worked on more than 350 engagements with a range of clients over the course of his career, from Fortune Global 500 public companies to sponsor-backed and nonprofit organizations around the world.

- Outside of his client work, Eric serves as the chairman of Bold Schools Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded to support and further advance the mission of Bold Charter School in The Bronx, New York. Bold Schools Inc. oversees the school’s real estate and facilities-related needs and raises funds and resources to enhance student experience.
Eric earned an M.A. in organizational psychology with a concentration in change leadership from Columbia University, where he studied group dynamics, executive coaching, and intercultural communications. He graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University with an A.B. in political science.
