Christian Till leads Spencer Stuart’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice in Germany and Austria and is also a member of the Technology and Digital Officer Practice, covering the full range of roles up to general management and board positions. He has placed key senior leaders in the telecommunications and IT-services industry as well as a broad range of technology roles such as CIO, CDO, CAIO and chief technology officer across all industries, supporting clients to push forward on their digitalization journey.

- Notable mandates include placing the CEO Germany for a major European MNO as well as CEO, MD and board roles for several telco, fiber, IT services and datacenter companies.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, he was COO and board member of T-Systems, Deutsche Telekom’s B2B subsidiary, bringing a substantial career at IBM Germany and EMEA, which culminated as director of business process outsourcing.
Christian Till holds a diploma in mathematics from the University of Hamburg. In his volunteer time, he has worked with drug-addicted adolescents in a social services organization, conducted lectures at the University of Hamburg and University Münster, and been a member of the Round Table Serviceclub since 1998. Christian Till resides in Hamburg, Germany and has lived in Dubai and Ireland.
