Chuck Jordan joined Spencer Stuart in 2004 and successfully recruits senior leaders for clients as a member of our Hospitality & Leisure and Real Estate practices. He also leads Education, Nonprofit & Government Practice efforts in the southeastern United States. His clients include Fortune 500, private equity-backed and nonprofit companies.
Consultative search experience
- In his decade-plus at Spencer Stuart, Chuck has recruited senior leaders for chief executive and all functional roles for globally-prominent lodging, gaming and restaurant companies. In addition to his work in North America, he has completed searches for clients in Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
- Chuck served as Spencer Stuart’s first director of professional staff recruiting from 2006 to 2008, managing firm-wide efforts to attract top consultants and research associates. He also acted as the firm’s interim director of professional development.
- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Chuck served clients for four years at McKinsey & Company as an engagement manager, with expertise in the financial services, real estate and not-for-profit sectors. Earlier in his career, Chuck worked in Accenture’s strategic services practice, based in San Francisco. Chuck also served overseas as an artillery officer in the United States Marine Corps, departing with the rank of captain.
Chuck holds a B.A. in political science and English from Tufts University and an M.B.A. in finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
