The 2022 Switzerland Spencer Stuart Board Index covers the largest public companies with a premium listing on the Swiss Market Index (SMI). Our sample includes companies in the SMI and SMI Mid indices, as at their annual September index basket adjustment.
The data in the tables below have been compiled from publicly available information. Board composition data is recorded as of 30 April 2022. Remuneration information is taken from the most recently available annual reports covering the 2020 and 2021 financial years.
