Based in Singapore, Yukina is a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services and Private Equity practices. She focuses on working with banking, insurance, private equity and real assets investment clients in Asia Pacific. She also serves as business manager for the APAC private equity business, where she drives strategic initiatives and works closely with private equity clients across both their pre-deal and post-deal human capital leadership needs. Her functional expertise spans finance, risk, and sustainability across industries.

- In her time at Spencer Stuart, Yukina has successfully executed various C-suite and board mandates for clients in private equity, banking, insurance, infrastructure and global asset management. She also has significant experience in supporting investors with the appointment and assessment of investee company management teams and boards.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, she spent eight years at a boutique global consulting firm focused on the financial services sector. She worked with top-tier investment banks across Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia and the Middle East, managing end-to-end research and benchmarking projects. Her work involved delivering market intelligence, client analytics and strategic insights to institutional financial institutions, helping them make data-driven decisions on client coverage, product strategy and competitive positioning.
Originally from Japan, Yukina grew up in Singapore and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Japanese. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Singapore Management University.
