- Having grown up in Silicon Valley and spent more than three decades in the technology industry, Tania brings a combination of operating and executive search experience to leadership challenges facing technology companies and their investors. Her work spans CEO and board succession, commercial leadership and senior executive recruitment. She has led searches for board directors, chief executive officers, chief marketing officers, chief revenue officers, chief customer officers and other senior commercial and technology leaders.
- Within Spencer Stuart, Tania previously led the firm's West Coast offices, overseeing San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Seattle, Los Angeles and Orange County, and served on the North American Operating Leadership Committee. She is also a recipient of the firm’s Lou Rieger Quality Award for exceptional client service.
- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Tania spent two decades leading commercial and go-to-market organizations in both high-growth and established technology companies. Her firsthand operating experience informs her work with boards, CEOs and investors navigating growth, succession, organizational change and leadership team evolution.
Tania holds a B.A. in human biology (neuroscience) and an M.A. in organizational behavior from Stanford University.
