Lisa Caswell is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice, and brings dedicated expertise in the global software and hardware sectors. Her tenure as a CEO has provided her with unique insight into identifying and developing top executive talent, while her involvement in technology sectors has put her at the front edge of the disruption caused by new practices and initiatives, including digital as a core competency, Software or Platform as a Service and the Internet of Things. Lisa also focuses on the supply chain function across the technology sector.

A wealth of software and hardware experience with C-level perspective

  • Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Lisa was CEO of eMeter Corporation, a multimillion-dollar enterprise software company and wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens, where she gained deep insight into the challenges of digitization and the implications of a changing industry landscape.
  • Previously, she served with a number of major software and hardware firms crossing enterprise and consumer sectors, including Chordiant Software, Ariba, Apple, IBM and Visioneer.
  • Lisa has experience with strategic leadership across several industries, including, utilities, retail, federal, financial services and telecommunications. Her functional depth includes executive operations, strategy, sales and marketing inclusive of alliances and channels, as well as supply chain and strategic procurement.
  • Lisa extends her executive and go-to-market expertise to the non-profit sector by sitting on the board of the Ronald McDonald House of San Francisco.

Lisa earned her B.A. in business administration from Towson State University, with specializations in marketing and computer science.
