Levin has conducted over 100 CEO and C-suite searches in Europe, advising start-ups, private equity clients and listed consumer internet businesses.
His deep expertise in founder succession and digital transformation helps him to guide clients through a range of challenging phases.

Before joining Spencer Stuart, Levin was a partner at an international executive search firm based in Munich. He helped build the firm’s digital and tech division, focusing on recruiting for C-level digital roles.

Previously, Levin served as head of mytaxi’s instant delivery service, where he was responsible for planning, developing and launching delivery to retail sales companies.

Earlier in his career, Levin served as industry manager of travel and consumer packaged goods for Google. In these roles, he managed teams across Europe and helped international CPG clients execute branding strategies.
Levin graduated from the European School of Business in Reutlingen, Germany, and completed graduate studies in international management at Middlesex Business School in London. He speaks German and English.
