A strategic leader with a track record of large-scale change and sales transformation, Jesper Ramsö is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Stockholm office and a member of the Financial Services and Private Equity practices. Jesper has extensive international experience, including a background of senior leadership positions in the banking sector and a long tenure within strategy and management consulting. Jesper's management experience within the financial sector includes transaction banking and payments, corporate and retail banking, universal banking and fintech.

Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jesper spent more than a decade in the banking industry. His most recent role was as global head of cash management and cards sales at Nordea, the leading Nordic bank.

Jesper started his career at Nordea within group strategy, advising the CEO during a volatile time in the banking industry. He was later appointed a member of the Swedish management team, with responsibility for the management and business development agenda.

Earlier, Jesper spent 11 years in management consulting, primarily with Boston Consulting Group, where he was based in the Nordics but also spent one year in Malaysia. At BCG, he advised clients in the FMCG, retail and private equity space, as well as clients within the banking industry.
Jesper has a Master of Science in automation engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration from Gothenburg School of Economics. He is fluent in English and Swedish, and proficient in Danish and Norwegian.
