He has also worked on a number of high-level CEO searches and succession engagements for asset-intensive businesses in Australia, New Zealand and internationally.

- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jeremy spent four years as research manager with a boutique executive search firm based in Melbourne. This involved servicing clients across a number of industries, namely: utilities, new technologies, retail, professional services and funds management.
- He previously worked for a search and selection business based in Wellington, New Zealand, where the primary industry focus was the telecommunications and financial services sectors.
- Jeremy commenced his career as a research historian with the Crown Forestry Rental Trust and the Waitangi Tribunal, working on Maori treaty claims against the Crown in New Zealand.
Jeremy was educated at Canterbury University, New Zealand, graduating with a Bachelor of History first class honours degree.
