Jennifer Craddock is a member of Spencer Stuart's Industrial and Private Equity practices. She partners with private equity sponsors, boards and management teams to recruit and assess senior executives who drive value creation across industrial, distribution, manufacturing and services businesses. Her work focuses on CEO, COO, president and general manager searches, as well as succession planning and leadership assessment for private equity-backed and publicly traded companies.
Jennifer has extensive experience advising clients on leadership needs throughout the investment lifecycle, helping build management teams capable of scaling businesses, executing operational transformations, integrating acquisitions and accelerating growth. She works closely with investors and company leadership on executive team effectiveness, CEO succession and critical leadership appointments.

- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jennifer spent seven years at another leading executive search and leadership advisory firm, where she focused on senior leadership recruitment and executive assessment.
Jennifer graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in human and organizational development and minors in corporate finance and financial economics.
