She has more than 16 years of client service and 12 years of recruiting experience. Dru focuses on recruiting senior executives and partners for major consulting firms across sectors, with a concentration in consumer, retail, healthcare and technology. In addition, she leads assignments for chief strategy officers and chief data/analytics officers, including for the consumer, healthcare and technology industries. Dru has substantial search experience across the professional services industry, with her clients ranging from the leading global consulting organizations to small boutique firms, recruiting for functional roles in strategy, advisory, transaction services, human capital and technology.
