Dominique Friederich brings deep expertise as a strategic leadership advisor, combining first-hand CEO, board, investor and consulting perspectives. As a healthcare consultant, Dominique advises boards, CEOs and investors across biopharma, medical technology, consumer health, healthcare services and payers, drawing on additional experience in consumer and retail and more than a decade working in private equity. Her work spans C-suite and board search, CEO succession, executive assessment and leadership advisory around transformation and value creation.
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Dominique spent over 20 years as a C-level executive, private equity operating executive and strategy consultant. She is particularly distinguished by her ability to align leadership capabilities with strategic ambition in “moments of truth,” including transformations, restructurings, M&A and ownership transitions. Having led through these situations herself, she understands both the business imperatives and the human dynamics of change and brings a strong value-creation mindset to translate priorities into the right leadership, organization and talent to deliver.
