Xavier Peny joins Spencer Stuart’s Healthcare Practice

ZURICH, SWITZERLAND, September 15, 2025 — Spencer Stuart today announced that Xavier Peny has joined the firm’s Zurich office as a consultant in the Healthcare Practice. With a diverse body of past experience, including co-founding the AI startup WeMaik and key leadership roles at Hilding Anders International AB, a KKR company, his talents range from holding P&L responsibilities to driving transformation in the enterprise.

Peny began his career as a strategic consultant and associate partner at McKinsey, where he led growth, transformation and reorganization engagements across a wide range of industries in Switzerland, as well as across Europe, Africa and Asia. He is not only an accomplished business leader, strategy consultant, entrepreneur and corporate executive, known for driving impact in international environments, but has demonstrated expertise in identifying the leaders who will make the strongest positive impact in the future enterprise.
