- Other past experience includes several years spent as a member of the group executive leadership team—with P&L responsibilities—for a KKR portfolio company in the consumer goods arena, global head of strategy then global head of marketing and sales for a technology leader focused on driving automation solutions, and head of transformation for an international energy company.
- Earlier in his career, as a strategic consultant and associate partner at McKinsey, Xavier led growth, transformation and reorganization engagements across a wide range of industries in Switzerland, as well as across Europe, Africa and Asia.
Xavier earned both a Master of Science in industrial management and production engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne. He is fluent in French, German and English, and has conversational proficiency in Spanish.
