SEATTLE, WA, September 29, 2025 — Spencer Stuart today announced that Vikram (Vik) Sahney has joined the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice in its Seattle office. Sahney brings extensive experience in strategy and operations, coming to the firm from his most recent role as vice president of customer retention strategy and programs at T-Mobile, where he spent a significant period of time leading corporate strategy. Sahney’s career has also included serving as independent consultant for global institutions, including Microsoft and X (Google's Moonshot Factory); heading strategy, business development and sustainability (and serving as a member of the senior leadership team) at REI Co-op, the nation’s largest consumer cooperative; and working as associate principal in McKinsey & Company’s Seattle Office, specializing in operations and strategy for industrial clients.
