Spencer Stuart welcomes KP Trueblood to its New York office as a seasoned organizational strategist

New York, NY, March 2, 2026 — Spencer Stuart today announced that KP Trueblood has joined its New York City office as a consultant in the Education & Social Impact Practice. With nearly two decades of experience in organizational transformation, strategic planning, cross-functional operations and executive leadership, Trueblood is a highly valuable addition to the team.

Most recently in her career, Trueblood provided high-level strategic counsel to executive teams and boards of leading mission-driven organizations as an independent consultant, while simultaneously serving as adjunct professor, operations management at NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Prior, as director of White House operations during President Obama's second term, she led and managed the operations portfolio for the 450-person White House Office. She also built and managed a $1 billion+ financial operation as deputy chief financial officer & budget director for the Hillary for America 2016 Presidential Campaign.
