Before joining Spencer Stuart, Dominique spent over 20 years as a C-level executive, private equity operating executive and strategy consultant. In her most recent role as CEO of a private equity-backed consumer healthcare business in DACH, Dominique led its operational turnaround and strategic restructuring, driving double-digit growth and preparing the company for an exit that created one of Germany’s largest mass-market consumer healthcare platforms.

Dominique holds a Ph,D, in economics focused on healthcare financing from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt as well as a triple Master in Management from ESCP Europe. She also completed the Women on Boards program at Harvard Business School.
