Maite Mijares joins Spencer Stuart's Mexico City office

Mexico City, February 16, 2026 — Spencer Stuart today announced that Maite Mijares has joined the firm’s Mexico City office as a consultant, where she will lead the Healthcare Practice in Latin America and the Human Resources Practice in Mexico.

Mijares has successfully led senior-level executive searches across the pharmaceutical and consumer goods sectors and has a depth of experience working at global executive search firms. Prior, she led projects for the pharmaceutical industry as a compensation and benefits consultant at Towers Perrin, and was lead consultant for pharmaceutical and consumer sector clients at Pericas, Guerrero & Asociados, the Towers Perrin representative in Venezuela and Colombia.

With a degree from Andrés Bello Catholic University in Caracas, and a certificate in human resources development and performance management from Oklahoma State University, Mijares is poised to bring her education, experience and excellent relationship-building skills to Spencer Stuart.
