OSLO, May 4, 2026 - Spencer Stuart announced today that Kristian Kragøe Andresen has joined the firm’s Private Equity and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practices in its Oslo office. Drawing on his background in high-tech and telecom, Andresen brings a dedication to connecting exceptional leaders with owners and organizations where they can drive meaningful impact on both business and society.

As executive director at another global executive search firm, Andresen placed key roles such as head of IoT for a global tech company and group CEO for a leading Nordic IT services firm. In a prior position at McKinsey & Company, Andresen led international due diligence assignments and commercial transformation projects. Consequent to that role, he established and co-founded a pan-Nordic angel investment network of McKinsey alumni that invests in early-stage technology companies. He also holds experience as an early investor and non-executive director at the industrial company Atlas Agro, which has received significant funding from blue chip infrastructure fund Macquarie.

Kristian holds an MSc in industrial economics and technology management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, with majors in mathematical finance and telecommunications. He also studied as an exchange student at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany, where he specialized in financial engineering and stochastic models.
