Kristian established and co-founded, a pan-Nordic angel investment network of McKinsey alumni, that invests in early-stage technology companies, and he has experience as a non-executive director in an industrial scale-up company.

He has more than a decade of experience as a leadership advisor and has been an executive director at another global executive search firm that acquired the local boutique firm where he was a partner in Norway.

He started his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he spent 7 years in the CF/PE and TMT practices serving clients globally on due diligence, strategy and commercial transformation programs.
Kristian holds an MSc in industrial economics and technology management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, with majors in mathematical finance and telecommunications. He also studied as an exchange student at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany, where he specialized in financial engineering and stochastic models.
