His focus is on identifying and developing leaders in pivotal roles including CROs, CDOs, CIOs and CTOs.

Malmcroma comes to Spencer Stuart with a strong track record of real-world leadership and consulting experience. He has led national divisions of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Amazon advertising and Vodafone, and has an executive M.B.A. from IESE Business School. Throughout his career, Malmcroma has personally recruited and developed some of the most successful commercial and digital leaders in the market.
