Jeff Weathers joins the firm’s Private Equity and Industrial practices

New York City, July 6, 2026 — Spencer Stuart welcomes Jeff Weathers to its Private Equity and Industrial practices in the New York City office. Transitioning from a role as the head of industrial products and services at a talent advisory firm, Weathers brings over a decade of relevant experience with a core focus on business development and relationship management. At Spencer Stuart, he will focus on the manufacturing, aerospace and defense and broader engineered products and solutions sectors.

Weathers has advised private equity clients on diligence across the industrial sector, informed by his leadership roles in talent advisory, investment banking and the U.S. Air Force. He was an investment banker in the Global Industrials Group at Credit Suisse, where he executed over $8 billion in transactions.

Weathers earned an M.B.A. with a focus on corporate finance and accounting from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering, graduating with highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
