As a member of Spencer Stuart’s Private Equity and Industrial practices, Jeff focuses on the manufacturing, aerospace and defense, and broader engineered products and solutions sectors, bringing more than a decade of experience in business development and relationship management. Jeff has spent his career cultivating valuable relationships through private equity talent advisory, investment banking, aerospace manufacturing, and the U.S. Air Force.

Jeff advised clients across the entire deal process from investment thesis development to due diligence support and pre- and post-deal management team/board searches.
- As an investment banker in the Global Industrials Group at Credit Suisse, Jeff supported over $8 billion in transactions, including M&A, leveraged buyouts and debt refinancings for aerospace & defense, diversified industrials, and paper & packaging companies.
- Earlier in his career, Jeff served as a senior engineer at Bell Helicopter and an officer in the U.S. Air Force.
Jeff earned an M.B.A. with a focus on corporate finance and accounting from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering, graduating with highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
