Ayo Afolabi leads projects spanning board effectiveness, leadership assessment, DEI advisory and executive coaching across Europe, the Middle East and North America. His clients include FTSE 100 companies, global multinationals, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and he has extensive experience in financial services. Rachel Ingram has been instrumental in placing multiple FTSE 100 and 250 chairs, committee chairs and non-executive directors.
