A generalist with deep experience in technology and financial services clients, Rachel specialises in assessment, leadership and board coaching, top team and board effectiveness and succession planning. As a member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services, her ambition is to help companies identify, nurture and develop top talent to lead with clear purpose.

- She has been a core member of a boutique consulting group as well as one of the largest global executive search firms, and was instrumental in placing multiple FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 chairs, committee chairs and non-executive directors.
Rachel holds an M.A. in theology from Oxford University and has pursued further learning opportunities throughout her career, including the GMP at Judge Business School, Cambridge University. She is a Meyler Campbell–certified coach and Hogan Assessment-qualified. She is an active trustee of a humanitarian charity and formerly helped set up and advised a scholarship for women entrepreneurs.
