Rachel is a consultant in Spencer Stuart's London office and a member of the firm's Leadership Advisory Services team. With close to two decades of experience in and around FTSE, listed, private equity and venture-backed boardrooms, Rachel helps boards and leadership teams strengthen performance, navigate transformation and build the conditions for long-term success.
Drawing on a background spanning leadership advisory, board-level search and coaching, Rachel brings a distinctive perspective on how leaders, teams and boards can thrive through growth, disruption and transition. She works with clients to assess, develop and support leadership talent, strengthen team and board effectiveness, and ensure organisations have the right leadership, geared towards the future.
A generalist by background, Rachel has worked across multiple sectors and complex governance environments, with particular experience in technology, financial services, consumer, healthcare and industrial companies globally.

- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Rachel founded and led Cadmium Partners, providing board search, leadership assessment, coaching and governance advice to listed and technology companies across the UK, Europe and the U.S.
- Earlier in her career, she worked with both boutique and global executive search and advisory firms, placing Chairs and non-executive directors across FTSE 100, FTSE 250, private equity, venture-backed and not-for-profit organisations.
Rachel holds an M.A. from the University of Oxford and completed the General Management Programme at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. She is a Meyler Campbell-certified coach and Hogan Assessment-qualified practitioner. Rachel is also an active trustee of a humanitarian charity and previously helped establish a scholarship programme supporting women entrepreneurs.
