Viraj currently drives search execution and assessments for global multinational corporations, Indian conglomerates and established startups across the technology, media and telecommunications domain. He also works on opportunities in private equity, including roles across operations and strategy, in addition to serving private equity–backed technology services companies with their leadership needs. He has also led Spencer Stuart’s India Research Team.

Viraj received an M.B.A. from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, Mumbai University.
