Sandrine Roseberg is based out of London and is a core member of the Board and CEO practices as well as the Industrial Practice. She brings over two decades of experience as an international search consultant, partnering with some of the world’s largest global organizations to support their strategic objectives through board and leadership talent acquisition and development as well as advisory work. She is a long-time supporter of diversity on boards which lends to her deep skillset in advising on board succession and performance.
Deep leadership advisory expertise with international perspective
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Sandrine was a partner with an esteemed boutique executive search firm with offices in London and New York, where she co-led the board and CEO practice.
- Earlier in her career, she was a partner at a global executive search firm where she led the CEO and board practice in the UK and co-led the EMEA practice, with a particular focus on work across B2B and B2C global organizations.
- Before moving to executive search, she was a barrister practicing in Paris and Singapore.
Sandrine graduated with honours from La Sorbonne University with a post-graduate degree in international business law. She did a master’s in management sciences at Dauphine University (PSL) and is a lawyer with the Paris Bar. Sandrine has lived and worked in France, Singapore, Vietnam, the Philippines and the UK.
