Paloma Marcos is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Madrid office. With more than 20 years of experience in senior-level executive search and leadership advisory, she is a member of the firm’s Financial Officer, Professional Services, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Legal, Compliance & Government Affairs and Real Estate practices. She is also a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Financial Officer Practice in EMEA, with a special focus on digital, media, technology and telecommunication spaces.

- Working at national and international level, she has conducted assignments for publicly traded, startups, private equity portfolio companies across a wide range of sectors.
- Paloma joined Spencer Stuart in 2004 and spent eleven years in the firm’s Madrid office before relocating to London as a member of the UK Financial Officer Practice. There, she focused on recruiting senior-level finance executives for FTSE100, 250 and private equity portfolio companies, across the UK, EMEA and other international markets. She has also served as research director of the firm in Spain.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, she worked for a leading European executive search firm in Spain recruiting C-level executives. Paloma began her career as an analyst at Spanish family-owned company that specialized in freight forwarding services and import/export services.
Paloma has lived in Spain, UK and Ireland. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law from University Complutense in Madrid and a master’s degree in EU law from San Pablo C.E.U University. She post-graduated with an executive master’s in Human Resources from Centro de Estudios Garrigues and an Executive Programme from IESE. Paloma speaks Spanish, English and conversational French.
