Nordia Edwards is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Human Resources and Biopharmaceutical practices. In this hybrid role, she leverages industry expertise in the recruitment of human resources executives, and talent and culture expertise in the recruitment of biopharma commercial and R&D executives. Nordia provides advisory services to chief human resource officers across multiple industries, and recruits and advises C-suite leaders in the biopharmaceutical industry.

A holistic perspective on human resources and biopharmaceutical leadership

  • Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Nordia was an executive leadership and succession consultant at another top-tier international executive search firm. During her tenure, she led numerous human resources and corporate officer executive searches. Applying her broad talent expertise, she conducted leadership assessments related to succession planning and post-merger integration. Her clients spanned Fortune 500 companies to small, privately held and private equity-backed organizations.
  • Previously, Nordia was an attorney with Davis & Gilbert LLP, where her responsibilities included advising senior human resources leaders on litigation, employee relations matters, internal investigations, and employment policies and procedures. She was also a litigation attorney with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. She began her career with Goldman Sachs in fixed income compliance.

Nordia earned a B.S. in aeronautics and astronautics from Stanford University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.
