  • Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Nordia was an executive leadership and succession consultant at another global executive search firm. She led an array of executive searches and conducted leadership assessments related to succession planning and post-merger integration.
  • Previously, Nordia was an attorney with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Davis & Gilbert LLP. She began her career as an analyst with Goldman Sachs.

Nordia earned a B.S. in aeronautics and astronautics from Stanford University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.
