Nordia Edwards is a core member of Spencer Stuart’s CEO and Biopharmaceutical practices. She advises clients on CEO and executive succession planning, assessment and executive search. She is also an active member of the Board and Human Resources practices.

  • Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Nordia was an executive leadership and succession consultant at another top-tier international executive search firm. Applying her broad talent expertise, she led a diverse array of executive searches and conducted leadership assessments related to succession planning and post-merger integration. Her clients spanned Fortune 500 companies to small, privately held and private equity-backed organizations.
  • Previously, Nordia was a litigation and advisory attorney with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Davis & Gilbert LLP. She began her career as an analyst with Goldman Sachs.

Nordia earned a B.S. in aeronautics and astronautics from Stanford University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.
