Nordia Edwards is a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Biopharmaceutical Practice. She advises clients on succession planning, executive assessment and executive search assignments at the senior-most levels of the organization, including the board. She is also an active member of the Board, CEO, Human Resources and Supply Chain practices.

  • Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Nordia was an executive leadership and succession consultant at another top-tier international executive search firm. Applying her broad talent expertise, she led a diverse array of executive searches and conducted leadership assessments related to succession planning and post-merger integration. Her clients spanned Fortune 500 companies to small, privately held and private equity-backed organizations.
  • Previously, Nordia was a litigation and advisory attorney with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Davis & Gilbert LLP. She began her career as an analyst with Goldman Sachs.

Nordia earned a B.S. in aeronautics and astronautics from Stanford University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.
