Nordia Edwards advises healthcare clients on their most critical and complex leadership needs. Her holistic approach spans executive search, talent development and succession planning. As a member of Spencer Stuart’s global Healthcare Practice and Board & CEO Practice, she has extensive experience in the recruitment of CEOs, directors and executive leaders in healthcare services. She also serves as executive sponsor of B@SS: Black at Spencer Stuart, the firm's Black employee resource group.
Nordia is a recent recipient of the Lou Rieger Quality Award, Spencer Stuart’s annual award for the highest-quality client service. She was previously honored with the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants’ (AESC) Future of the Profession Award.
A holistic perspective on executive leadership and governance
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Nordia was an executive leadership and succession consultant at another global executive search firm. She led an array of executive searches and conducted leadership assessments related to succession planning and post-merger integration.
- Previously, Nordia was an attorney with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Davis & Gilbert LLP. She began her career as an analyst with Goldman Sachs.
Nordia earned a B.S. in aeronautics and astronautics from Stanford University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.
