Nicolas Albizzatti leads the firm’s Leadership Advisory Services in the North and South American regions. He specializes in executive assessment, CEO succession, leadership development and large scale organization transformations. He works regularly with boards and senior management to evaluate the readiness and capabilities of their executive teams and organizations, and to develop action plans to prepare top leaders for critical roles.

  • Nicolas has more than 20 years of corporate and consulting experience in the areas of business transformation and mergers and acquisitions. He has experience in all areas of people strategy and deep expertise in strategic planning, organization design, cultural transformations, top team alignment, change management, and executive assessment, selection and transition. Nicolas has led all aspects of large merger and organizational improvement programs.
  • Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Nicolas worked for McKinsey & Company, where he was a leader in the firm’s organization practice and post-merger management, advising programs around the world.

A native of Argentina, Nicolas has lived and worked throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia. He graduated from Florida International University with a degree in civil engineering and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Miami. He speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.
