Mitsuhiro Kawashima, based in Tokyo, is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Business & Professional Services, and Digital practices. Mitsuhiro has 15 years of global business experience and consulting and project management expertise that are invaluable to his leadership consulting work with clients.

Global technology and digital strategy expert

  • Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Mitsuhiro was a manager of Deloitte Consulting, where he focused on strategy and operations for technology, media and telecommunications companies. He was responsible for developing strategy for client M&A, digital transformation, UX, marketing and data analytics initiatives, while collaborating closely with Deloitte’s global teams.
  • Mitsuhiro also worked with Amazon in Japan as part of its retail leadership development program, supporting its mobile UX strategy. Previously, Mitsuhiro worked as a global business development manager with Sharp in Germany and Japan.

He earned an MBA from IE Business School and a BA in Commerce from Waseda University. He is also a Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM) and earned a certificate in Personal Leadership from Columbia Business School. Mitsuhiro is fluent in English and Japanese.
