With 15 years of executive search experience and two decades of overall recruiting and talent acquisition experience, Lynn brings a deep bench of experience across multiple industries, sectors and functions for both publicly traded and private equity backed companies. Known for her progressive, creative, collaborative and data-driven approach to search execution, Lynn has successfully partnered at the Board and C-Suite level to help organizations find top talent to drive high impact.

- Lynn has completed more than 300 executive-level assignments across multiple industries and functions. Her work spans both publicly traded Fortune 500 companies as well as early stage Private Equity backed and privately held companies.
- Before joining Spencer Stuart, she was a senior partner and executive committee member at a top tier boutique retained executive search firm, where she led and helped build the firm’s Consumer practice and co-led multiple other practice areas, including Healthcare.
- Prior to her career in executive search, Lynn served as an investment advisor for the Private Wealth Management group of Morgan Stanley, one of the largest investment banks and global financial services firms in the world. In her role, she provided highly customized financial advice to ultra high net worth clients.
- Earlier in her career, Lynn excelled as a top performer in a variety of positions in technical recruiting of software engineers and IT professionals for early stage venture backed companies during her tenure at Heuristics Search and a start-up she co-founded.
Lynn holds an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Business, where she was a Dean’s Scholar (top 10% of the class), and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
