Leveraging his background as a certified public accountant, Lou brings a deep understanding of financial leadership and technical expertise to help organizations identify and recruit exceptional leaders.

- Lou joined Spencer Stuart from PwC, where he spent several years in both audit and advisory roles, originally serving financial services clients in the audit and assurance practice, later moving into the capital markets and accounting advisory services group. In this role, he advised clients on complex accounting and financial reporting issues related to transactions and transformational events.
Lou earned his B.A. in business and economics from Ursinus College, where he was a member of the varsity basketball team.
