As a member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services team, Kate Loreaux specializes in CEO succession planning and senior executive assessment for selection and development. She has helped organizations from startups to Fortune 100 companies discover and develop high-potential senior leaders. Her clients span a range of industries, including consumer, retail, technology, nonprofit, healthcare, private equity, industrial and financial services. Kate is based in Philadelphia.

Prior to rejoining Spencer Stuart, Kate worked in brand management for a public sports nutrition company, where she developed and executed the strategy for one of the company’s key product lines and led the company’s public relations efforts, media measurement and analytics.

Early in her career, Kate helped grow Spencer Stuart’s leadership advisory services team, working with clients at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
Kate graduated cum laude from Vassar College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology. She also earned an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
