Jessie Zhang is a consultant based in our London office and is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Human Resources and Financial Services practices. She specializes in senior HR leadership appointments for clients across all sectors, with particular expertise in financial services and professional services. She co-leads the firm’s DE&I initiatives in the UK and is committed to helping her clients advance their DE&I agendas.

- Jessie brings more than 17 years of global search experience, including more than a decade based in Asia.
- She has worked with clients across financial services, healthcare, consumer and private equity on a wide range of functional leadership hires.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jessie was a senior associate with a leading global boutique financial services search firm. She worked in the firm’s London and Hong Kong office and served insurance and asset management clients globally.
- She began her career as a research officer for the China-specific research program of a leading UK foreign policy think tank in London.
Jessie graduated with a B.A. in History from Trinity College, University of Cambridge, and holds a graduate diploma in law from BPP Law School in London. Jessie is bilingual in English and Mandarin and has lived and worked in Hong Kong, the UK, New Zealand, Australia and China.
