Jessie Zhang is a consultant based in the firm’s London office and a member of Spencer Stuart’s Human Resources, Financial Services, and Legal, Compliance & Government Affairs practices. She advises listed and privately held clients on human capital priorities during periods of organisational change and transformation, with particular expertise in HR and legal functional leadership appointments. Drawing on close to two decades of international experience in executive search and leadership advisory, she brings deep cross market insight to her work with clients and candidates across financial services, healthcare, and professional services. She co-leads the firm’s DE&I initiatives in the UK and actively supports the development of next generation talent pools, both internally and externally.

- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jessie was a senior associate with a leading boutique financial services search firm, working across the firm’s London and Hong Kong offices and serving insurance and asset management clients globally.
- She began her career as a research officer for the China specific research programme of a leading UK foreign policy think tank in London.
Jessie graduated with a B.A. in History from Trinity College, University of Cambridge, and holds a graduate diploma in law from BPP Law School in London. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin and has lived and worked in the UK, Hong Kong, China, Australia and New Zealand
