Based in Milan, Gyorgy Konda leads the firm’s fashion and luxury sector, also advising clients across specialty retail, adjacent consumer sectors, professional services and private equity. Gyorgy has extensive experience supporting clients globally in the selection of senior executives, board members and leadership teams. He advises on C-suite succession, executive assessment, organization design, governance, top team effectiveness and culture. Drawing on a long career in strategy consulting, he has worked with over 200 clients, bringing a holistic and integrated approach that combines key people and leadership topics with business strategy and execution across multiple dimensions.

- Gyorgy brings over 25 years of experience in leadership advisory and strategy consulting, with deep expertise across luxury, fashion and specialty retail, and broader exposure to adjacent consumer sectors, private equity and professional services.
- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Gyorgy spent most of his career in strategy consulting, including as a partner at Bain & Company, where he served fashion and luxury clients globally for nearly 15 years.
- He was also the founder and general manager of two startups in the digital luxury space.
Gyorgy received his M.B.A. from St. John’s University in Rome and New York. He earned a B.A. in business administration and a B.A. in international affairs from John Cabot University in Rome. He has dual Italian and Hungarian citizenship and speaks Italian, Hungarian, English and French.
