Based in Milan, Gyorgy Konda leads Spencer Stuart’s Professional and Technology Services Practice in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and advises clients across professional services, retail, fashion and luxury. He brings extensive global experience advising organizations on senior leadership, partnership and board priorities. His advisory work spans executive search, C-suite succession, executive assessment, organization design, governance, top team effectiveness and culture. Drawing on extensive experience in consulting, Gyorgy brings an integrated perspective that connects leadership and organizational priorities with business strategy and execution.

- Gyorgy brings 30 years of experience in consulting and leadership advisory, with deep expertise across professional services, specialty retail, fashion, luxury and private equity.
- Before joining Spencer Stuart, he spent most of his career in management consulting. He began at EY and Capgemini before becoming a partner at Bain & Company and Roland Berger.
- His experience also includes founding and leading two start-ups in the digital luxury space, giving him direct entrepreneurial and operating experience.
Gyorgy received his M.B.A. from St. John’s University in Rome and New York. He earned bachelor’s degrees in business administration and international affairs from John Cabot University in Rome. He speaks Italian, Hungarian, English and French.
