Previous Experience
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Frances worked in corporate law at an international law firm in Boston, where she focused on M&A, debt and equity financing, as well as direct investment for private and public companies.
- Frances began her career as a research associate for the U.S. Department of State in Micronesia.
