- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Andrew served as group chief people officer at Ascentium Global Services Holdings Pte. Ltd., a private equity portfolio company, where he led the group HR function and played a pivotal role in organizational transformation during a period of rapid mergers and acquisitions.
- He previously built a strong track record as a tenured partner and Asia Pacific financial services practice leader at another leading global executive search firm, specializing in CEO succession, board assessment and senior leadership development.
- Andrew began his career with Citibank’s Global Consumer Group, gaining foundational experience in marketing and wealth management across the Asia Pacific region.
A global citizen, Andrew has lived, studied and worked in Hong Kong, Canada, India, Singapore and the United Kingdom. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Canada and a post graduate program in management diploma from the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India.
