Amy Gross is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services based in Philadelphia. She works with clients across industries specializing in leadership assessment and executive development, top team effectiveness, succession planning and organizational culture.

  • With over a decade of experience as a consultant and high-performance coach, Amy works with individuals, teams and organizations with deep expertise at the intersection of leadership, psychology and performance to deliver outcomes that are the most impactful to the business.
  • Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Amy was a leadership and performance consultant and independent executive coach. She has worked with corporations of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, doing one-on-one coaching engagements, group and team effectiveness offsites and workshops, and leadership consulting.
  • She brings a holistic, strengths-based and integrative approach to every client interaction by collecting data from self-appraisal tools, 360 and executive/board interviews, team and culture diagnostics, and leadership and personality inventories. Using a multi-method approach serves as the foundation for sharing key insights with clients, providing feedback from multiple perspectives and accelerating performance.
  • A former collegiate athlete and college coach, Amy has provided peak performance consulting for elite athletes, teams and executives nationally and internationally. She is passionate about helping individuals and corporations build and accelerate their performance by equipping them with the tools to unlock their potential and achieve sustainable results.

Amy completed her master’s degrees in professional counseling and psychology, and counseling and mental health services from the University of Pennsylvania. She earned a B.A. in psychology from Yale University.
