Spencer Stuart welcomes Mette Krogsrud, Chief People and Corporate Affairs Officer at Schibsted ASA

Oslo, Aug. 22, 2022 — Spencer Stuart, a leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Mette Krogsrud, currently Chief People and Corporate Affairs Officer, responsible for HR, Communication, Sustainability and Public Policy at Schibsted, and a trusted leadership advisor in the Norwegian business community.

At Spencer Stuart, Mette will apply her unique combination of operational and leadership advisory experience to benefit Spencer Stuart’s Nordic and international clients. Mette will be based out of Spencer Stuart’s Oslo office and will advise clients across borders.

About Mette Krogsrud

Mette Krogsrud has nearly 30 years of experience working across business development, finance, operations, people & organizational development, investments and leadership advisory. She started her career within finance, but transferred to people and leadership, first as part of Schibsted’s people & organizational agenda, and most recently as Chief People and Corporate Affairs Officer, responsible for HR, Communication, Sustainability and Public Policy in the group. She also has nearly 10 years of leadership advisory experience with various leading firms, as well as experience from board positions and nomination committees. Mette earned her Master of Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and her Master of Science in Organizational Change from Hult International Business School.
