Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Zhang was co-leader of the artificial intelligence practice at another major global search and leadership advisory firm, and she is well-known in Silicon Valley for her expertise when it comes to AI leadership. Her work to date has also spanned board and CEO succession, board effectiveness, AI governance, executive search, leadership assessment and organizational effectiveness across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
