Tokyo, June 1, 2026 — Spencer Stuart welcomes Ryosuke Sasaki to its Tokyo office as a member of the firm’s Leadership Advisory Services.

Sasaki has a strong background in leading multifaceted transformation projects and cultivating exceptional leaders. He joins Spencer Stuart after being at PwC Japan, where he held several leadership roles, most recently chief culture officer and partner.

Recognized for his ability to drive organizational change through leadership and culture development, Sasaki will focus on board effectiveness, top team performance and executive search at Spencer Stuart. He also brings deep insight into global governance based on his cross-continental work experience and a cross-industry perspective including financial services, technology, automotive, chemical and pharmaceutical, trading and logistics.

Sasaki earned a Master of International Affairs from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University and completed the Breakthrough Program for Senior Executives at IMD Business School. He has led multifaceted transformation projects internationally and domestically, spanning digital transformation, CxO succession and workforce strategy to ensure organizational agility.
