DUBAI, September 15, 2025 — Spencer Stuart today announced that Maroun Jalkh has joined the Financial Services Practice in its Dubai office. A banking and asset management professional with 25 years of experience in global financial markets, Jalkh will advise clients on senior leadership search, succession planning and governance, as well as leadership assessment, board advisory and the buildout of executive teams capable of managing complex cross-border growth and digital transformation in the context of evolving investor expectations.

With an impressive track record of forging durable partnerships in the Middle East — along with his founding and active role as a board member of the Middle East Investment Management Association (MEIMA), Jalkh is an exciting addition to Spencer Stuart’s Dubai team.

In addition to his professional credentials, Jalkh has a Master’s in Banking from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon, as well as an MSc in financial and business performance from Emlyon Business School in France. He is well steeped in finance and practiced in working with appropriate sensitivity to clients’ constraints and culture.
